Discord won't embed Instagram reels. Add nn to the front of the link and it will: instagram.com/reel/... becomes nninstagram.com/reel/.... The box above does it for you and shows what Discord will render.

When Discord's crawler fetches the fixed link, this server pulls the mp4 from Instagram's CDN and hands back a page containing only the video tags. Anyone who clicks the link goes straight to Instagram. The video never passes through here.
